Cultural Responsiveness Training
Through our training, we equip participants with the confidence and capability to challenge bias, embrace diversity, and walk alongside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in Partnership, building systems where cultural safety is not an aspiration, but a shared responsibility.
Community Capacity Building Projects
We work alongside organisations, government, and community members to co-design initiatives that are practical, achievable, and grounded in local strengths.
Cultural Supervision/mentorship
We recognise that supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff is not just about wellbeing, it’s about sustaining cultural integrity and leadership within workplaces. Through cultural supervision, Walan Yulang helps strengthen accountability, nurture resilience, and ensure that cultural safety becomes a lived experience, not just a policy. Our purpose is to empower people and systems to walk together with courage, respect, and shared responsibility for lasting change. We can provide cultural supervision to Indigenous employees or non-Indigenous employees who work with or manage Indigenous staff.
Develop and review Reconciliation Action Plans
we support organisations to develop RAPs or review existing ones, ensuring they are meaningful, achievable, and embedded into everyday practice.We tailor each RAP process to reflect your organisation’s vision, culture, and community relationships. We provide guidance that goes beyond compliance, helping you set goals that are realistic while also ambitious enough to create genuine change
